Grade R learners visit the vegetable garden on the Trust campus managed by Charles Gavaza and his family, to learn about soil, seeds, water, tillage, and food security.
Grade 3 learners during an educational visit to the HCET vegetable garden, managed by Charles Gavaza. Besides providing the Trust and the surrounding community with fresh produce, the garden is used to teach learners about food security and nutrition, and the value of growing one’s own vegetables.
