Trainee chefs at Cradock Food Festival

On 27 to 30 April, Estelle Jacobs and Maryke Jeffry took the HCET’s trainee chefs to the annual Cradock Food Festival. On the first day, they had their own stall where they sold boerewors rolls and braai “broodjies”, assisted by Jan Jacobs.  On the second day they gained more experience by assisting at various other vendor stalls.
