In May, the Grade 9 class went on an excursion to Port Elizabeth, accompanied by Anja Pienaar and Cat Cronje. As previously, the trip was a great success, enjoyed by learners and teachers alike.
The first of two intakes for the HCET’s diploma course in Culinary Arts for 2019 started their formal training at the HCET Youth Development Centre in Colesberg in January.
