HCET receives donation from National Lottery

THE HCET has received a generous donation from the National Lotteries Commission. It will be spent on the ECD Programme, the Effective Parenting Programme, and the Youth Development Programme. Our heartfelt thanks to the National Lotteries Commission for this donation, which will help us maintain and improve these key HCET programmes in 2016-20157.
