New Culinary Arts intake

The first of two intakes for the HCET’s diploma course in Culinary Arts for 2019 started their formal training at the HCET Youth Development Centre in Colesberg in January. They will also complete a certified SkillsWise computer literacy course. With them are Chef Maryke Jeffrey, the Culinary Artrs trainer, and Theo Kleinhans, SkillsWise trainer and Hospitality Certificate Course facilitator.
